“Claudio is truly an EXPERT at what he does. While I was a bit hesitant to hire him as I was entering unchartered territory for my firm, he not only instilled in me a sense of comfort and security, but his ideas, professionalism and expertise on the subject allowed me to dive in, full force, without any hesitation. Website Elements That Enhance Your Social Marketing

What's the point of a website that's not generating leads for your business?

Ever asked your self that question?

More importantly, have you ever taken stock not only of the money you are spending on traditional advertising but the results you are getting from it? Then comparing that to results from your website or online content marketing efforts?

Le'ts not get into the cost of websites, let's just say they vary. My point is that your site or blog is an investment from which you should try to get a return back.

If your site is not an active part of your sales process then a couple of things can be inferred about your business model.

  • It is an incomplete and deficient model if it doesn't include basic digital marketing elements.

  • You are doing extremely well, but don't know you could be doing a lot better.

It's not difficult to incorporate a digital strategy with your off-line strategy, but it does take a bit of planning. As far as your website is concerned these are the elements it should have right now:

A blog - A blog takes your site beyond the static morphic content torture that you see on other sites. Always the same content, day after day. Make your content, valuable, dynamic and interesting.

An autoresponder - This tool gives you the ability to connect easier with your subscribers and automate responses customized to specific actions taken by them. A must!

Landing Pages - An offer is not an offer unless is distilled from the rest of your content in a way that you can generate qualified leads from it. Landing page design is as much science as it is art.

Calls to Action - If you can't inspire people to do something, just tell them. Sometimes we assume what's obvious to us it's so for everyone else. CTAs make sure that's not the case.

Sharing options - What can I say about this? Give others the chance to share your stuff with their friends ... nuff said!

Start with these 5 elements in your website's design or redesign process and you should see a difference in engagement level right away.
